Job summary

Pearson VUE is seeking a part-time Test Administrator in East Providence, RI. The role involves secure exam delivery and excellent customer service in a quiet testing environment.

Responsibilities include candidate check-in, ID verification, exam process explanation, proctoring, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. Flexible scheduling and light housekeeping are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service.
• Check in candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards.
• Other duties as assigned.
