Potbelly Sandwich Shop is seeking a friendly Team Member in San Antonio, TX. This part-time role offers a pay range of $12.75–$13.25 per hour plus digital tips, with a welcoming, fast-paced environment and opportunities for growth.

You will be a primary point of contact for customers, perform station duties, prepare items, handle cash, and help maintain a clean, inviting shop while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations as directed by supervision.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers.
• Restock food line, chips, and cooler.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream).
• Operate cash register and handle cash following procedures.
