Job summary

Purple Communications, Inc. is seeking qualified part-time/flex interpreters to provide high quality American Sign Language interpretation via video in a call center and onsite at various customer locations as needed.

Requirements include fluent ASL and spoken English, accurate interpreting, knowledge of the NAD-RID Code, and 3–5 years’ interpreting experience preferred; state licensure or credentials may apply. Eligible benefits and flexible scheduling are offered. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English language skills.
• Accurate interpretation.
• Thorough knowledge of and adherence to NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Three to five years of interpreting experience preferred.
• State licensure or state-required credentials as applicable.
• Must be 18 years or older.
