Qualifications

5+ years of security-related experience.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a healthcare location by greeting visitors, patients, vendors, and staff in a professional manner.
Follow site-specific access control procedures by verifying visitor identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining sign-in records, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
Monitor front desk activity, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site-specific procedures.
Support a welcoming healthcare environment by providing directions, answering general inquiries, and maintaining accurate logs and incident documentation.
