Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail areas, parking areas, storefronts, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity and maintenance concerns.
• Document incidents and shift activity and communicate information to leadership.
