Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Must be able to provide customer service at a client site.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution following site policies and safety procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of offices, entrances, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unusual conditions to site personnel.
• Complete incident logs and shift documentation accurately per procedures.
