Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry in accordance with site-specific procedures, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
