Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Pepper spray certification preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and adherence to entry requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations and maintenance concerns.
