Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories
• A drug screen may be required
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate according to site procedures
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and business perimeter
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or potential security concerns
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation as required
