Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Route Driver to join our team in Grenada, MS. This part-time role focuses on patrolling, ensuring safety, and providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and drivers at a logistics and distribution site.

You will perform routine patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible, professional presence. A valid driver's license is required, and the position offers flexible day-time shifts.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Background check and drug screening are required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees following site policies and security procedures.
• Conduct routine and random patrols of the facility, including warehouses and loading docks.
• Monitor access by verifying visitor and contractor authorization and directing deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and report observations.
• Observe for conditions affecting operations and promptly report issues to leadership.
