Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and location policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify leadership or responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Document incidents and daily activities accurately and maintain a professional presence.
