Pay rate is $16.00 per hour. The schedule includes fixed anchor shifts and an Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program, with potential to scale toward full-time up to 40 hours

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and guests according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of property and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry or security concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols and incidents for leadership.
