Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors at the front desk of a commercial real estate property.
• Monitor lobby access, greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor records.
• Answer phones, direct guests, receive deliveries, and communicate with property management and tenants.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and following site procedures.
• Monitor front-desk systems and report maintenance concerns or security issues.
