Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Visitor Authorization in Doraville, GA. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to earn more by picking up additional shifts, with a fixed anchor shift and a program to claim extra shifts.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required by law.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access-control procedures.
Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain logs.
Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify site leadership as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter; report security concerns.
Support vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow by following entry/exit and driver check-in procedures.
