Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Operations in Lancaster, PA. This role offers flexible, dependable hours with the opportunity to earn more by picking up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

You will work fixed anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and have the option to increase earnings across multiple sites. Ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment with income stability and potential to grow into a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy and law.
• Licensing requirements as per state/local laws; driver’s license for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, sales floor, stock areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns to site leadership or authorities.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications per Allied Universal procedures.
