Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license only for driving positions.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider applicants with criminal histories per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors at a utilities location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized entry attempts or other security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and logs regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities.
