Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and report findings.
• Conduct regular patrols of shipping, receiving, parking areas, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and vehicle traffic per site requirements and report hazards.
• Document observations and patrol activity and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
