Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site policies and emergency response when appropriate.
• Screen individuals, visitors, and/or items entering designated areas per site procedures.
• Verify identification, credentials, and access authorization and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving.
• Communicate observations and security incidents to site contacts and leadership.
