Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time at our Boston, MA site. This role offers flexible fixed shifts and the ability to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, with a target to earn up to 40 hours per week.

You will perform routine patrols, monitor access, provide customer service, and document activities while upholding site policies and safety procedures. Prior security experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location to deter incidents and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and hazards to management.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally following site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs and shift documentation for leadership.
