Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time Access Authorization in Richland, MS. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to earn more.

The position pays $17.43 per hour and supports a schedule of DayTime Thursday 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, the ability to lift up to 20 lbs, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access-control records.
