Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter of a technology-focused corporate location.
Monitor access points and report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns as appropriate.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
