Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Site Patrol in Minneapolis, MN to deliver reliable security at a residential community with flexible hours and a fixed anchor shift. The role supports residents, staff, and visitors with professional service.

You will monitor access, respond to incidents, and document activities, with opportunities to pick extra shifts through our scheduling platform while earning $18.95 per hour.

Formación

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, common areas, parking areas, and building entrances to help maintain an orderly residential community environment.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout the residential property, including interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking facilities, and perimeter areas.
• Document observations, incidents, and unusual activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.
