Qualifications

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors following security procedures and site policies.
• Carry out regular and random patrols throughout the retail location to identify hazards.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established protocols with appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized entry as needed.
• Document observations and communicate information to site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to help deter unauthorized entry, theft, and other policy violations.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
