Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Patrol Driver in Liberty Township, OH. This role is designed to provide reliable hours at an assigned site, with the option to pick up additional shifts on the scheduling platform to increase earnings.

The position emphasizes customer service, incident response, regular patrols, and access control support within a retail environment. Pay is $18.25 per hour, with a fixed anchor shift and potential growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations and report observations to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control, traffic flow, and visitor directions while maintaining a professional presence.
