Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control protocols, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing authorized personnel and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking areas, business operations, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and access-related activity accurately and complete required reports in accordance with site-specific policies.
