First Student Shared Services is hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers for the Norwell School District in Hanover, MA. You will start the day with morning pickups and return students home after school, with potential hours for field trips and events.

No experience is required; we provide expert training to help you become a safe, professional driver and a valued member of our transportation team.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Commitment to student safety and reliability

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist students with seatbelts.
• Maintain order on the bus and ensure student safety.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and coordinate with dispatch.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety policies.
• Communicate with parents and school staff regarding delays or concerns.
• Demonstrate professional customer service and leadership on every route.
