Job summary

Signature Retail Services is seeking a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate for the Richmond, VA area. You will travel to Home Depot and Lowe's, build displays, execute planograms, and support seasonal resets.

No experience is required as paid training is provided, with a flexible, independent schedule and pay of $17.00–$19.00 per hour for roughly 20–25 hours per week. You will drive within the territory, perform audits, maintain displays, and ensure stores look their best.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Located within ~30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle and a smartphone for daily reporting and travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently within the assigned territory to service store locations.
• Conduct store audits and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels and point-of-purchase materials to optimize displays.
• Maintain shelf conditions and fully stock products for customers.
• Collaborate with store personnel to check inventory and place orders as needed.
• Represent Signature Retail Services professionally in every store visit.
• Communicate attendance, scheduling, and potential issues promptly.
