Job summary

Signature Retail Services is seeking a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate to support Home Depot and Lowe's stores in the Providence, RI area. You will travel within your territory, set up displays, and maintain planograms while working a flexible schedule.

No prior merchandising experience is required as on-the-job training is provided. The role offers hourly pay ($18.00-$20.00) and about 30–35 hours per week, with bi-weekly pay and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• Proof of a valid driver's license and current auto insurance, listed as an insured driver.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations.
• A smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required; paid training available.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently to store locations within your assigned territory using your personal vehicle.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays to optimize presentation.
• Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products stocked and customer-ready.
• Collaborate with store personnel to check inventory, flag replenishment needs, and place orders.
• Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers, sharing knowledge.
• Represent Signature Retail Services professionally in every store visit.
• Show up reliably and manage schedules to complete visits and projects on time.
• Communicate promptly about attendance or scheduling and meet client service standards.
