Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse to perform home health visits for adults and geriatrics in the Lansdale area. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, 1:1 care, and a great work/life balance while providing essential nursing services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan according to patient's needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to the manager.
