Job summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate RN to provide one-on-one home health visits across Northampton County, PA. This PRN/Part-Time/Full-Time opportunity offers flexible schedules, 1:1 care, and a commitment to work-life balance.

Qualifications
- Active PA RN license with current registration.
- Minimum of one year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Home care experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to travel to client homes as needed.
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan based on patient needs.
- Make home visits to clients across designated territories.
- Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
- Follow up on doctors' orders and complete proper documentation.
- Perform client assessments as necessary and coordinate case management.
- Document observations and interventions in EMR with accuracy.
