ScanScape is hiring a part-time Retail Scan Associate in New Philadelphia, OH. You will visit local stores weekly to scan product barcodes using a mobile app, collecting data to improve retailer performance. Flexible hours with potential for additional hours on special projects.

The role offers on-site work across multiple local retailers, weekly deadlines, and opportunities for travel-related tasks paid at your hourly rate. A reliable vehicle and Wi‑Fi are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes in multiple store locations on displays and in aisles.
• Visit designated stores weekly to collect in-store data.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan product barcodes.
• Provide quantity for about 45% of scanned products as required.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and deliver accurate data to clients.
