Job summary

Circana is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at local retailers in Effingham, IL and Louisville, IL. The base schedule averages 3–5 hours per week per store, with 1–2 extra hours for special projects.

You will use a mobile app to scan barcodes, track product counts, and report results weekly. This role offers flexibility, routine hours, and opportunity to work across multiple store types throughout the year.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Scan barcodes using a downloadable mobile app.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products.
• Complete display scanning and gather product level details as needed.
• Participate in Custom Projects that add 1–2 hours of work per store during busy weeks.
