Circana is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collection across local retailers in GALESBURG, IL. You will use a mobile app to scan barcodes, report quantities for about 45% of items, and support project work across grocery, drug, and mass retailers.

Typical schedule averages 5–6 hours per week across stores, with 1–2 extra hours for special projects; role includes some travel and consistent weekly work throughout the year.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and reach products throughout the store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and bend/stretch.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter with reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Tech savvy and able to use a mobile scanning app.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers weekly, year-round.
• Use a mobile app to scan product barcodes in various store locations.
• Record quantities for about 45% of scanned products as required.
• Meet weekly deadlines and complete store-wide scanning tasks.
• Assist with additional Custom Projects that may add 1–2 hours per week per store.
