Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers across grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores in the Chicago area. You will use a mobile app to scan barcodes and report quantities for selected products each week.

Weekly duties include completing display scanning, meeting deadlines, and occasionally handling Custom Projects that add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per store.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with adequate auto insurance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have reliable Wi‑Fi access and be tech savvy.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes throughout stores.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products each week.
• Report to stores within described deadlines and complete weekly display scanning.
• Assist with Custom Projects that add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per store during busy weeks.
• Maintain dependability and deliver quality data for clients.
