Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for 1:1 ABA work with children in home, school, or community settings. Part-time roles include hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career growth within ABA, with travel to local sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Record and monitor client progress with data collection.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
