Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team across multiple locations in North Carolina. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings, contributing to clients' independence and positive behavior.

Positions start as part-time with paid training provided. You will work under a strong clinical team, record session data, and engage families to support goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
