Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavioral Technicians to support clients in Piketon, Ohio, delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations.

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children with Autism, possess a high school diploma, and hold or are willing to obtain an RBT certification. Positions start part-time with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
