BK Behavior in Piketon, OH seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals through one-on-one ABA services with evidence-based interventions.

The RBT will work with a clinical team to implement care plans, build skills, and record data accurately, while engaging families in progress. This is a part-time opportunity with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices and share progress with families.
