Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Ohio is seeking compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings, implement skill-building plans, and track progress using electronic data systems.

All positions start part-time with paid training and a six-month commitment encouraged to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team for direct implementation of plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
