Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to join our team, delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. You will support independence through evidence-based interventions and work with a collaborative clinical team.

All positions start as part-time with a 6-month commitment. Paid training is provided, and we offer Same Day Pay, fast access to earned wages, plus referral bonuses and opportunities for professional growth within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism
• Patience and compassion to handle challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
