Job summary

High Five Cares is seeking a Fully Certified RBT to work one-on-one with children in Brooklyn. The role focuses on ABA-based strategies and data-driven progress under supervision.

You will conduct after-school sessions, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure skill generalization, while maintaining a safe, engaging environment. Flexible weekend options available.

Qualifications

• Must hold Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is required.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavioral plans and strategies to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Conduct daily sessions focusing on skill-building, socialization, and behavioral support.
• Collect and record data on the child’s progress and communicate with the supervising BCBA.
