Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues on behalf of a leading media research client. You will visit venues within a designated area, make observations, and report back via our online system.

Visits are anonymous and avoid interaction with staff. This part-time, flexible role fits around other work or commitments and is allocated on a project basis with opportunities based on location and availability.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area. Auditors are encouraged to visit as many venues as possible during the allocated time window, however we understand that not every venue will always be reached.
