Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues on behalf of a leading media research client. As part of our PubTV team, you will visit venues within a designated area, make a small number of observations, and report back using our simple online system.

These visits are anonymous and observational only. This is a part-time, flexible role ideal to fit around other work, education, family commitments or retirement.

Qualifications

• Observation and reporting accuracy essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating via email and phone when required.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, clubs and venues within a designated area.
• Complete visits during allocated time windows.
• Record observations using the online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance when required.
• Routes cover multiple venues in the same area; aim to visit as many as possible within the window.
