Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to observe pubs, bars, clubs and social venues for a leading media research client. You will visit venues within a designated area, perform simple observations, and report findings online. The role is part-time and flexible, designed to fit around other work, education, or family commitments.

Auditors work on a project basis with opportunities in various locations. Training and support are provided by Area Managers as you begin with PubTV projects and expand to

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes cover multiple venues in the same area with time windows.
