Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a part-time SNF/ Long‑Term Care role. The PTA will provide treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

New grads are welcome and mentorship is available, with strong emphasis on documentation, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care in a supportive, flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• New grads welcome with mentorship.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
