Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF/Long‑Term Care team. This part‑time role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive culture grounded in mentorship and collaboration.

You will provide therapy under supervision, help identify appropriate patients, and work with the PT to ensure timely evaluations and referrals. Strong communication and organization are essential, with mentorship available for new grads.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Michigan.
• New grads welcome with mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and keep physician orders up to date.
