QuadMed is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist for the Kohl's Wellness Center in Edgewood, MD. This outpatient role offers 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling within center hours.

The position requires evaluating and treating patients, documenting care, and coordinating with MDs. Depending on experience, applicants may have opportunities for growth within QuadMed’s onsite health services.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience; orthopedic setting preferred.
• Current State licensure and CPR (BLS) certification or within 60 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Evaluates and treats patients.
• Interfaces with patient's MD regarding care and progress.
• Establishes and implements plan of care and updates providers.
• Counsels patients on injury prevention and wellness.
• Discharge planning including home program design and teaching.
• Completes documentation and billing accurately.
