Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Current state licensure and CPR/BLS certification or within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient setting with mobility or functional goals.
• Develop and adjust plan of care; coordinate with MD and other providers.
• Document and bill using CPT codes; ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Oversee students/interns and assist in training new personnel.
