Gupta Permold Corp is a world-class aluminum foundry seeking dependable, part-time production workers to finish aluminum castings in a hands-on role at our Pittsburgh facility.

We offer flexible scheduling, a minimum 3-hour shift, and on-the-job training. Must be 18+, have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation; no prior foundry experience required and plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Work collaboratively with coworkers and supervisors

Position Summary

As a Production Worker, you will help finish aluminum castings by removing excess material using hand-held and stationary tools. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to learn valuable manufacturing skills while contributing to the production of high-quality products.

Primary Responsibilities

• Use grinders, sanders, and other finishing tools to remove excess material from aluminum castings
• Operate pedestal and bench grinders as needed
