Staples is seeking a Print Specialists to deliver exceptional service for print needs in-store, producing finished products and collaborating with customers in a team‑oriented retail culture. Training in print will be provided, and the role offers opportunities for immediate scheduling of in-person interviews.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Use intake tools to capture project details and propose print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service area, machines, and rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties (e.g., assist with shipping).
